Booking and Check-In Policy
Securing your seat for an unforgettable aerial journey with Thai Seaplane is straightforward and convenient. Here’s how you can embark on your next adventure:
Make a Reservation
Bookings can be made through our website or authorized travel agents. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and secure online payments.
Checking In
Our lounge located at Krabi International Airport. Please arrive at our lounge at least 30 minutes before your flight for safety briefing and run a check-in process.
Flight Operations
Flights operate strictly from and return to Krabi Airport. Hopping off at other islands is not permitted due to regulatory constraints.
Luggage Handling
Only small handbags or backpacks are allowed on board. Larger luggage can be stored in our lounge during your flight.
Seating Arrangements
Seating is organized on a first-come, first-served basis and will be finalized during check-in at our lounge. Preferences can be stated, but final arrangements consider safety and weight distribution.
Travel Documentation
For a Thai citizen, valid government-issued photo identification is required for check-in. Or a passport for international travellers, excluding infants under 2 years.
Health and Safety
Passengers with specific health conditions or requirements should consult with Thai Seaplane before booking to ensure safe and comfortable travel.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we offer a fair cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Rescheduling
Passengers may reschedule their flight without a fee if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure via Manage Booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 100% charge.
No-Shows
Passengers who do not show up for their flights will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, which is non-refundable.
Special Promotion Bookings
Payments for flights booked under special promotions must be completed at least 3 days prior to the flight date.
Delays and Cancellations by Us
Our flight schedule is subject to changes based on weather conditions and operational requirements. In case of a significant delay or cancellation on our part, you have the option to rebook on the next available flight or receive a full refund
Third-Party Bookings
To guarantee a refund or reschedule, passengers must receive a confirmation email from Thai Seaplane.
If you’ve booked through a third-party, please contact them directly for refund or rescheduling options.

Termination of Use
Thai Seaplane reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
