A : We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, and MasterCard, as well as secure online payments through our booking website.

A : We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred date and time, as our flights can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons.
Before Your Flight
Q : Are there any luggage restrictions?
A : All passengers must present a valid government-issued photo ID before boarding. For international guests, a passport is required.

A : Due to the nature of our flights, luggage is limited to small handbags or backpacks. Please contact us if you have special requirements.
Q : How early should I arrive before my flight?
A : We ask all passengers to arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure time to complete the check-in process.

A : We advise dressing in comfortable clothing appropriate for the weather, and recommend bringing sunglasses for glare reduction.
Flight Changes and Cancellations
Q : What is your cancellation policy?
A : Passengers who cancel more than 48 hours before their scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge. No-shows will not receive a refund.
Q : Can I reschedule my flight?
A : Yes, rescheduling is available without a fee if done more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Within 48 hours, rescheduling is subject to the same 100% charge as a cancellation.
Q : What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled by Thai Seaplane?
A : If we delay or cancel a flight due to circumstances within our control, passengers will be rebooked on the next available flight or receive a full refund to their original payment method.

A : Please check in at our private lounge on the 3rd floor departure terminal, Krabi Airport.

A : Our crew will provide a comprehensive safety briefing before takeoff, including the use of life vests and emergency procedures.

A : Parking is available at the Airport.

Q : Do you offer charters for private groups?
A : Currently, Thai Seaplane specializes in scheduled sightseeing flights. We do not offer private charters at this time, but we are constantly expanding our services to enhance our guests’ experience. Please stay tuned for future updates and offerings.

A : Due to the specific nature of our sightseeing flights and for the safety and comfort of all passengers, pets are not permitted on board at this time, with the exception of service animals as per aviation regulations.
