Role Overview

Join Thai Seaplane’s operations team in Phuket and help keep our seaplane services safe and running smoothly. As a Dock Hand, you will support aircraft movements at the dock, assist passengers, handle baggage, and maintain the dock and safety area. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is a strong swimmer, and works well in a safety-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with aircraft docking and mooring on the water.
• Support passengers during boarding and disembarkation.
• Load and unload baggage safely.
• Maintain dock equipment and keep the safety area ready for operations
• Coordinate with pilots and the operations team.
• Act as a first responder during emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Vocational Certificate, Diploma, or higher.
• Strong swimming ability.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills (TOEIC 350+).
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well in a team.
